Willem Mulderij was born in 1968 and grew up in an entrepreneurial family in Voorthuizen. After his education at HEAO Arnhem and completing his military service at the Kmar, he learned the profession of warehousing, (contract) logistics and transport at Lekkerland and Kees Becker Logistics in practice.
As a person, he prefers to do a few things at the same time, because variety creates that dynamic that inspires him. Plenty of energy because, in addition to a passionate attitude to work, he is cycling, running or doing fun social things in his spare time. Family and work balance are of paramount importance to him.
Willem is now a highly experienced supply chain professional with 25+ years of experience in the field: He knows the tricks of inventory management, green and brownfield projects, WMS applications and tender processes. Self-employed since 2000 and after 8 years of cooperation with the UC Group in various projects, he has been the manager of the UC Engineering team since November 1. Its strength lies in the combination of Thinking (strategy and analysis) & Do (implementation and achievement of common goals; preferably as a team).
The French company Saint Gobain Abrasives is a manufacturer of abrasive and grinding materials and also supplies a trading range that ranges from kit/glue products to complete machines.
