Biography

I'm someone with a genuine curiosity about what drives people — both as individuals and as teams. That interest isn't a gimmick; it runs deep. I know from my own experience how work can contribute to confidence, motivation and enjoyment. At the same time, I'm aware of the tensions and pressure work can bring. It's precisely at those crossroads between people and organisation that I feel completely at home.

As an interim manager, team coach and project manager, I bring structure to complex situations and calm to dynamic ones. I keep an overview, get people moving and make sure projects actually get off the ground — never losing sight of the human side. My style is connecting, sharp and with a healthy sense of perspective — because sometimes a smile works better than a tight plan.

I'm a qualified coach and certified team coach. I use that background not only in coaching, but also in my leadership and project approach. I see where interactions get stuck, where the opportunities lie and how teams can work better together — all in a way that's both engaged and effective.

Outside work I love being outdoors. I enjoy gardening, walking and skiing. A good boxing session now and then helps clear my head, while yoga reminds me of the importance of balance. But above all, I love being with my family, where I truly recharge. That mix of movement, relaxation and connection gives me the energy I bring to my work every day.

Work experience

I have extensive experience as a manager, project manager and coach across a range of sectors, both in professional services and in non-profit organisations. My strength lies in creating overview and momentum, precisely when teams or processes get stuck or call for change.

In particular, I specialise in building and optimising customer-facing teams, such as Customer Service and commercial inside-sales teams. I know how important it is to set processes up tightly, but I never forget that it's the people who make the difference.

Whether it's a reorganisation, improving collaboration or implementing a new way of working, I approach it with an eye for both the detail and the bigger picture. I provide structure, bring pace to projects and safeguard progress without losing the human dimension.

What characterises me is my ability to get to the core quickly. I make problems discussable, look for solutions together with the team and create momentum, even in complex situations. That makes me a sought-after sparring partner for boards, HR teams and team leaders looking for lasting improvement.
