After his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Eric obtained another bachelor's degree in Technical Business Administration (Fontys Eindhoven). Eric worked for over 10 years as a logistics engineer and manager of ICT and Logistics at a logistics service provider where he worked for various major customers. After that, he worked for another 10 years as a Senior Logistics Consultant at various companies at home and abroad.
Eric specializes in optimizing logistical processes and supervising change processes in the logistics supply chain, often within the 4 walls of a warehouse. In addition, Eric has extensive experience in implementation management and implementation of highly mechanized and automated warehouse operations such as e-commerce distribution centers, but also simple pallet warehouses.
Thanks to his insightful approach to projects and great affinity with logistics, Eric always tries to go for the simplest solution. Keep It Stupid Simple is often the best and cheapest method. This is reflected in a high level of customer satisfaction with his already completed projects.
With his expertise, Eric at the UC group mainly focuses on project implementations, supply chain optimizations, logistical feasibility studies, inventory management and distribution network design/studies/projects.
