After my Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, I also completed a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering & Management (Fontys Eindhoven). I worked for more than 10 years as a logistics engineer and ICT and Logistics manager at a logistics service provider, where I worked for various large clients. After that, I spent another 10 years as a Senior Logistics Consultant at various companies in the Netherlands and abroad.
I specialise in optimising logistics processes and guiding change programmes in the logistics supply chain, often within the four walls of a warehouse. I also have extensive experience in implementation management and the implementation of heavily mechanised and automated warehouse operations, such as e-commerce distribution centres, as well as simpler pallet warehouses.
Thanks to my insightful approach to projects and strong affinity with logistics, I always try to go for the simplest solution. Keep It Stupid Simple is often the best and cheapest method. This shows in the high customer satisfaction across the projects I've completed.
