I'm a logistics engineer and consultant at UC Group. I have broad experience in analysing, designing and optimising supply chains across diverse sectors, including retail, industry, pharma and logistics services. In my work I combine data analysis with practical knowledge to make complex logistics challenges clear and support decision-making.
My focus is on supply chain design, network studies and warehouse and transport optimisation, helping organisations make well-founded choices on cost, service levels and scalability (B2B & B2C).
In recent years I've worked on various strategic and tactical projects, such as network studies, distribution models, growth scenarios and RFQ processes for logistics service providers and IT systems (WMS, TMS, ERP). I develop and calculate scenarios and business cases (OPEX / CAPEX) and translate client ambitions into concrete, workable solutions.
As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I have experience structuring and improving processes, identifying waste and delivering measurable improvements. I work intensively with data analysis and visualisation (Power BI) and guide stakeholders from operations to board level in making and implementing choices.
