Experience

After studying Technical Transport and Logistics, Jelle started working in the world of General Electric (GE Capital). Starting out as a business analyst, he became acquainted with the enormous diversity of a multinational company. During that period, he learned how an organization works in practice, how logistics chains function, how companies' talk 'to each other and, above all, the importance of the “human factor” in all that activity. Jelle further specialized in Supply Chain Management, in particular in the functioning of interactions within chains. During this period, he also became acquainted with Lean and 6 Sigma and qualified as a Lean 6Sigma Black Belt and trainer. At GE, he held both staff and line positions.

After switching to the world of consultancy and project management, Jelle developed an increasing interest in the human factor within organizations, including here with a strong link to Supply Chain Management. A post-course in Change Management (VU-A) not only proved to be very interesting, but also a personal enrichment. In everyday practice, the emphasis switched from projects with a high operational character to projects where change management aspects predominate.

Jelle has spent most of his working life in changing organizations, playing a role in process-based changes, mergers, expansion, crisis situations and closures. His start as a business analyst meant that he not only speaks the language of management and management, but also that of the 'workplace'.
