I'm an experienced Consultant & Project Manager with a strong focus on setting up warehousing and logistics processes for the future. I combine subject-matter depth with a pragmatic approach and a keen sense of collaboration, so that strategy and operations genuinely come together.
I often act as the connecting link between operations, IT and management. I bring structure and overview to complex programmes and guide teams in translating plans into workable, measurable results. With my combination of logistics expertise, IT experience and project and change management, I deliver lasting improvements that help organisations grow in a scalable, predictable way.
In my work I've gained extensive experience with a variety of improvement and change programmes within warehousing and logistics. I've guided several WMS implementations, from selection to go-live, and supported organisations with warehouse design and reconfiguration to match growth ambitions and changing order profiles.
I also work on supply chain optimisation, making bottlenecks in lead times, inventory management and capacity visible and translating them into concrete improvement actions within the warehouse and operation.
An important part of my approach is redesigning warehouse processes. I analyse how processes actually run in practice, simplify where possible and ensure standardisation and clear ways of working. In doing so, I apply Lean Six Sigma principles to reduce waste, prevent errors and increase efficiency and predictability on the floor.
