Biography

My motto is “expect the unexpected”. That's why I believe that a supply chain is primarily resilient must be: resistant to shocks, flexible and resilient.

For me, supply chain is not a linear process, but a living system. It is continuously connected to finance, commerce, IT and the outside world. It is precisely in that dynamic that I add value by connecting, creating coherence and strengthening resilience.

Curiosity and the urge to really understand things are in my DNA. I want to keep learning. For me, stepping outside my comfort zone does not feel threatening, but rather like an opportunity to grow.

My style is coaching, pragmatic and structured. I stay calm, provide an overview of complexity, translate strategy into concrete actions and ensure that plans are actually implemented.

I build trust quickly, communicate directly and honestly, and take people along with energy, humor and discipline. This is how movement occurs, even in complex, international environments.

You can use me when disciplines come together and complexity requires an overview and direction. Especially when change is necessary and resistance is palpable.

I prefer to work at the intersection of supply chain, finance, IT and commerce, especially in an international context where I've worked almost my entire professional life. Examples include issues related to strategy implementation, supply chain design, cost optimization, resilience, transformation and collaboration across borders.

It is precisely the diversity of perspectives that makes the result stronger. And that is exactly what I excel at.

Work experience

Since October 2024, I have been working as a Supply Chain Consultant at the UC Group with a focus on translating business strategy into supply chain solutions. In this role, I support organizations in developing and implementing future-proof and resilient supply chain strategies that focus on efficiency, transparency and sustainability.

Prior to that, I was Vice President at The Walt Disney Company in Europe since 2013. In this role, I was responsible for end-to-end operations and supply chain solutions for physical products, as well as IT support for the distribution of studio content (movies) in Europe. Key achievements included the successful integration of supply chain activities after the acquisition of 21st Century Fox and the development of licensing and distribution solutions for home entertainment in various European markets.

From 2006 to 2013, I led Disney's European supply chain activities for physical products. In this role, I introduced centralized operational solutions, developed an EMEA supply chain strategy for the Disney Infinity gaming platform, and implemented direct distribution models for games and home entertainment in South Africa and Russia.

Previously, I worked as an international Supply Chain Management Consultant at Deloitte and Ernst & Young. During this period, I worked on logistics and supply chain optimization programs for international companies such as Coca-Cola Enterprises in Atlanta and British American Tobacco in Budapest.
