I'm an experienced IT strategist who has been successfully connecting technology, people and organisations for more than 30 years. After studying Electrical Engineering at TU Delft, specialising in Control Engineering and Artificial Intelligence, I grew into a versatile IT manager and consultant. I'm known for my creative yet pragmatic approach, with collaboration and results at its heart.
I bring experience from both consultancy and line roles. Among others, I worked at Cap Gemini, the consultancy Verdonck, Klooster & Associates and PostNL. At PostNL I held roles in operations, logistics IT and innovation, and led DevOps teams developing logistics applications based on low-code. I also set up an internal low-code community to encourage knowledge sharing and standardisation. Since 2023 I've been an independent entrepreneur supporting organisations with advice, design and implementation of IT solutions in logistics and supply chain.
I combine in-depth knowledge of IT, process analysis and project management with a feel for people and organisation. I quickly grasp complex challenges and translate strategies into concrete, achievable solutions. I have experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies, low-code development, chain optimisation, integration and innovation based on various technologies. I'm known for my ability to structure change and deliver it together with teams — always with an eye for both results and buy-in. I love contributing to challenges at the intersection of Supply Chain and IT — through the four O's: Research, Design, Development and Organisation.
