I'm an experienced IT Manager who recognises business needs and translates them into IT solutions. I move easily between the different levels of an organisation, and I'm someone who enjoys sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues. I have the right antennae and the analytical ability to spot the issues within an organisation. It makes me happy when I can help an organisation improve. I'm a strong communicator, a self-starter and a team player.
I've gained extensive experience in retail as an IT Manager. As the person responsible for IT at Prénatal, I set up an entirely new IT environment and organisation after they decided to stop using a shared-service organisation.
After implementing this IT environment, I set up the Supply Chain department within Prénatal, giving that department inventory responsibility across the whole organisation. Here I used my IT knowledge to raise stock levels and the fulfilment rate with the right tools.
In 2010 I chose to work as an interim manager. In this role I've delivered various projects and assignments, mainly within retail companies. In carrying out these assignments I show a strong ability to adapt, so that I quickly get to grips with the organisation.
