Rob is an experienced IT Manager, who recognizes business needs and translates them into IT solutions. He easily switches within the different levels of an organization. In addition, Rob is a man who likes to share his knowledge and expertise with his colleagues. He has the right instincts and analytical skills to recognize the problems within an organization. Rob becomes happy when he can help the organization to improve. He is good at communication, a self-starter and team player.
Rob has gained a lot of experience in retail as IT Manager. For example, as responsible for IT at Prénatal, he set up a completely new IT environment and organization after they had made the choice to stop using a shared service organization.
After implementing this IT environment, he set up the Supply Chain department within Prénatal, giving this department inventory responsibility throughout the organization. Here, he used his knowledge of IT to increase inventory levels and delivery rates with the right tools.
In 2010, Rob chose to work as an Interim Manager. In this role, he has been able to carry out various projects and assignments, especially within retail companies. In carrying out these assignments, he shows good adaptive ability so that he quickly learns about the organization.
