Thanks to my background in e-commerce and operations, I understand how strategic choices play out on the floor.

I have experience with a wide range of logistics projects across both consultancy and interim assignments. After completing my Master's in Supply Chain Management, I started in e-commerce, where I was responsible for leading large teams within an e-commerce fulfilment environment. I led improvement projects focused on process optimisation, cross-site collaboration and implementing new ways of working. My combination of hands-on operational experience and analytical consultancy skills means I can not only design improvements but also implement them successfully.
I've worked on ERP implementations, forecasting and demand planning programmes, inventory optimisation and creating dashboards. I've also carried out logistics studies in the areas of warehouse design and inventory strategies.
As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I work methodically on continuous improvement. I identify inefficiencies, develop data-driven solutions and guide stakeholders in achieving measurable results.
