Nick is a logistics engineer at UC Group with a passion for how data and processes come together in practice. He works analytically and in a structured way and feels at home in dynamic logistical environments. Thanks to his background in e-commerce and operations, he understands how strategic choices affect the workplace.
In his spare time, he enjoys sports and making beautiful trips, which bring great experiences every time.
Nick has experience with a variety of logistical projects within both consultancy and interim assignments. After completing the Master Supply Chain Management, he started in e-commerce. Here, Nick was responsible for managing large teams within an e-commerce fulfillment environment. He led improvement projects focused on process optimization, cross-site collaboration and implementation of new working methods. His combination of hands-on operational experience and analytical consulting skills enables him to not only design improvements, but also successfully implement them.
He has worked on ERP implementations, forecasting and demand planning processes, inventory optimization and creating dashboarding. In addition, he has carried out logistical studies in the field of warehouse design and inventory strategies.
As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Nick works in a structured way to continuously improve. He identifies inefficiencies, develops data-driven solutions and guides stakeholders in achieving measurable results.
