I have more than 25 years of experience in business control, consultancy and organisational development. I began my career as a process consultant at Andersen Consulting, focused on ERP implementations (SAP). I then worked as a business controller at Siemens. As CFO and Head of Operations at Siemens' leasing company, I led the teams for administration, collections and asset management. After that, I found greater purpose at Follow This, an influential non-profit focused on the oil and gas sector.
