Jurgen de Wit joined UC Group in June 2026 as a Project and Interim Manager in Warehousing and Logistics. Based in Utrecht, he brings more than 25 years of experience in the field and knows better than anyone how important it is to work in a results-driven way while enjoying it.
Outside work, Jurgen likes to stay active. He plays padel, goes skiing in winter and loves good food. He lives in Utrecht with his wife Maartje and their two daughters, Pleun and Marie.

Jurgen de Wit is an experienced project manager with more than 25 years of experience in warehousing and logistics. He combines in-depth operational knowledge with a pragmatic, results-driven approach. Drawing on his broad experience, he tackles complex projects in a structured way and delivers them successfully.
As a freelance professional, Jurgen supports organisations with a wide range of change and improvement programmes. His expertise includes onboarding new 3PL clients, WMS implementations, IT migrations and process improvement. He is also available as an interim manager when additional knowledge, experience and drive are needed for a period of time.
Jurgen gets his energy from improving processes, connecting people and achieving concrete results. With his hands-on mentality and extensive experience, he moves easily between strategy and operations.
