I'm an experienced customer service & back-office professional. I function best when I can use my expertise and experience to take a department to a higher level. I'm commercial, results- and customer-focused, eager to learn, flexible, analytical and loyal. I work in a structured way and communicate clearly and directly, with a healthy dose of humour.

I'm hands-on, work quickly and methodically, can perform under pressure and don't shy away from a heavy workload. Thanks to my extensive experience, I move quickly and easily within any organisation.

Work experience

I have more than 15 years of experience, gained within the industry, FMCG and food/retail sectors (including Unilever, Procter & Gamble and Bakkersland).

With an eye for excellent service, I provide optimal order processing for my customers. I work in a customer-focused way to achieve higher returns and greater customer satisfaction. Thanks to my analytical ability and eagerness to learn, I can identify, analyse and methodically resolve any bottlenecks in the order-to-cash process.

  • Experience with A-customers (AH, Plus) and A-brands (Knorr, Lipton Ice, Max Factor)
  • Setting up/improving working systems (including a complaints-registration system, customer-specific requirements, Operating Equipment Effectiveness, SAP key user)
  • Reducing overdue invoices
  • Cleaning up (master) data
  • Resolving capacity issues
