I'm an analytical, results-oriented logistics engineer at UC Group, with a strong background in logistics, supply chain management and data-driven decision-making. I combine a completed Bachelor's in Logistics Management with practical experience in retail, manufacturing and logistics services, complemented by a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. In my free time I love playing sport and going to football matches.
In my current role I work on a wide range of logistics challenges within manufacturing, retail and logistics environments. I support interim, advisory and delivery assignments, using data analysis to improve logistics concepts and make processes more efficient and future-proof. In doing so, I work closely with experienced supply chain professionals and translate analyses into concrete, achievable solutions.
During my graduation project at an omnichannel retailer, I focused on supply chain resilience and supplier risks. Using Power BI, I developed a supplier map that gave insight into origin, chain risks and CO₂ impact. Through GAP and scenario analyses and active coordination with suppliers, I formulated practical recommendations to manage risks proactively and increase the resilience of the supply chain.
Earlier, I gained experience at a manufacturing company, where I worked on layout design and the optimisation of internal logistics processes. I also built a strong operational foundation within a supermarket organisation, where I worked for years as an assistant team leader for goods handling and process. In this role I developed leadership skills, process insight and experience with inventory management in a dynamic retail environment.
I'm known as structured, critical and practically minded, with a sharp eye for process improvement and data-supported decision-making. My ambition is to keep contributing to efficient, innovative and sustainable supply chain solutions.
