Hans has extensive experience in planning complex processes that had to serve multiple stakeholders under time pressure and continuously changing values. By making optimal use of various systems and employing people based on their talents and skills, the stakeholders were optimally served. During his working life, Hans has always worked in a way that connects operations on the one hand and sales and customer service on the other. He sees that the different processes cannot be seen separately and ensures the right connections and puts people first. In addition to using the helicopter view, he does not lose sight of the detail in order to make the various processes function optimally. Hans has a practical attitude and has the mottos “own what you see” and “always wanting to improve”, thereby getting the best out of the people around him and the organization.
Hans makes contact quickly and easily and thanks to extensive work experience, he quickly feels at home in the organization and is therefore widely deployable. Hans is commercial, results and customer-oriented. With this mix, Hans works optimally: Identifying the wishes together with the customer and linking them to the possibilities to achieve the highest achievable.
In his spare time, Hans likes to run, work out and travel. He also enjoys a nice and long dinner with family and friends.
