I'm a driven Supply Chain professional at UC Group who's keen to keep developing in the logistics/industrial sector. My ambition lies in optimising (logistics) processes in practice. The results achieved, both as a team and individually, give me a great deal of enjoyment.
I graduated in Logistics Management at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences (April 2020), specialising in Supply Chain Management.
In recent years I've gained extensive experience delivering a variety of projects within supply chain and production environments. I've worked mainly in various interim roles, where, alongside carrying out the role itself, initiating and delivering process improvements was central.
As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I have in-depth knowledge of systematically analysing and resolving inefficiencies in (logistics) processes. I now also greatly enjoy delivering Lean Six Sigma training at Green Belt level.
I get to grips with challenges quickly thanks to my knowledge and drive, combined with genuine interest in colleagues. Togetherness is the basis for success.
The company Welzorg supplies wheelchairs, mobility scooters and other mobility aids for elderly people and people with disabilities. These tools are supplied on a lease basis by municipalities to individuals who are entitled to them under the Social Support Act (WMO). Welzorg is responsible for the intake, delivery of aids, in-use service, intake, revision and disposal. The company is part of the Louwman Group, has its headquarters in Raamsdonksveer and has 14 local offices that employ a total of around 300 people.
