I gained my financial expertise during my time in the private equity industry. I gained my operational logistics experience partly as logistics manager Asia, where I worked with 3PLs to keep daily processes running smoothly and to automate reporting.
In addition to the above, as a project manager I've developed and implemented various supply chain solutions, such as setting up the entire inventory management (production, warehouse and stores) for a large international retailer.
Thanks to these experiences, I'm able to combine financial analysis excellently with supply chain challenges and build a solid business case around them. That makes me ideally equipped to achieve successful collaboration and a synergy effect between finance and logistics departments.
