I have extensive expertise and experience within larger international organisations. But the challenges of the smaller Dutch company are familiar territory for me too.

At first, I deliberately hold back a little — I want to understand what's going on and what's intended. By nature, I put others first.
But I'm at my strongest when everyone else has lost heart. My experience through plenty of trials by fire has shaped me into a strong personality who keeps a cool head and pushes on. I do what's needed and don't shy away from taking less popular measures.
