Victor was born 47 years ago in Nijmegen. Victor is pre-eminently a human being and he is always looking for the question behind the question. He wonders why certain choices are actually being made. He does not like to brag, he wants to be sure of his own business and only then come up with possible solutions. That's why knowledge is power is also his motto!
By making the wrong choice in further education, he came into contact with Logistics. He has completed all activities within the warehouse and has tackled and successfully completed relevant courses offered. In the end, he also successfully completed the HAN — Logistics & Economics and the Apics CSCP course.
During these courses, he notes the need in the market that business processes must and can be optimized. This can be achieved with various software applications. This is therefore what he loves to do the most.
When you talk to him, you quickly find out that he has a wealth of experience in the field of software implementations at various companies. All processes in business operations are familiar to him, but to be honest, he prefers logistics and Supply-Chain-related environments. His approach is accurate and detailed in order to jointly determine, describe and discuss the approach. In this way, a plan is created, which is supported by everyone and where that agreement = agreement!
Both professionally and privately, he is always busy and looking for activities. Whether it's quality time with his family, winter sports with friends, taking a nice trip or an evening/afternoon at the Goffert, he's always there for you!
After 15 years, he can now be called an experienced senior consultant/project leader in the field of ERP implementations.
To further expand his (leadership) experiences, he made the switch to operational management and general management after completing his APICS training. In this way, he was now in a position to control the processes that were previously automated during a software implementation in positions such as Logistics Manager and General Manager. In both roles, he has managed managers.
