Biography

I work on a project basis in supply chain or IT as an ERP adviser, drawing on my experience at various companies in mapping and analysing the business process, with a focus on the S&OP process. For example, I work with customer service, logistics teams and as a planning team leader. I'm also involved in various selections and implementations of ERP and ERP-related software, such as BI.

• Process analysis or analysis of part of a business process
• Interim operational cover in planning, logistics or order management
• Cost-price analysis

2. IT projects

• Inventory of the IT landscape (hardware and software)
• ERP selection process
• Guiding ERP implementation

Throughout my career I've gained broad experience as a project manager and ERP adviser. I've contributed to process improvements, strategic projects and operational optimisation in supply chain and IT at various organisations.
