Biography

Joris works on a project basis on supply chain or IT as an ERP advisor. This is based on his experience at various companies with inventory and analysis of the business process, with a focus on the S&OP process. For example, by working with customer service, logistics teams and as a planning team leader. In addition, participate in various selections and implementations of ERP and ERP-related software, such as BI.

Possible assignments:

1. Supply chain projects

• Process analysis or analysis of part of a business process
• Interim operational replacement in planning, logistics or order management
• Cost analysis

2. IT projects

• Inventory of IT landscape for hardware and software
• ERP selection process
• Supervising ERP implementation
