Biography

Boris Regtien obtained his bachelor's degree in Logistics Management at the HAN in Arnhem, where he specialized in Lean Management and spent a board year at the student association. He is currently following the part-time master's course in Supply Chain Management at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. This combination of study and work enables him to continuously deepen his knowledge and apply it directly in practice. Boris combines strong analytical skills with a pragmatic approach. He is driven to make processes smarter, more efficient and more customer-focused and is happy to make a concrete contribution to improving the supply chain.

Work experience

With three years of work experience at a logistics service provider, Boris has been able to develop in various areas of the field. During his studies, he worked as a warehouse coordinator, where he was responsible for daily operations and optimizing warehouse processes. Before his graduation internship, he carried out a project aimed at redesigning the warehouse based on a closing strategy, significantly improving the efficiency and utilization of the storage space.

For the past two years, he has been active as a logistics engineer. In this role, he was involved in various customer implementations, including analysing and designing logistical processes, recalculating tariff structures and implementing WMS functionalities. His work was characterised by an analytical approach, an eye for detail and a strong focus on practical improvements.
