Yves has over 30 years’ experience of working for leading international businesses in various operational and strategic management roles in a commercial, client-focused environment.
Having trained in the education sector he started his career in IT and automation, where he laid the foundations for his analytical and solution-oriented skills. After various commercial and marketing roles at IT companies such as Microsoft, Yves has been working in customer service and client contact since 2000.
Over the years Yves has gained broad-ranging experience in setting up and improving customer service teams, in implementing complaints management solutions and in optimising telephone contactability and customer satisfaction.
He switched to working as an independent contractor in 2010. The clear advice and interim management services he provides bring businesses and their customers together to improve both the quality of services and the business results.
Yves is an expert in restructuring, leading and managing customer service departments, in optimising client contact processes and systems, in implementing customer satisfaction surveys and in advising on telephone contactability and implementing telephony solutions. He also has substantial experience in project management, bases his work on the Lean Six Sigma philosophy and is energised by making life easier for his clients.
His broad-ranging professional experience makes Yves deployable in many different areas, where his aim is to work with clients to achieve the desired results in the most efficient and client-friendly way.
