Wouter is a versatile logistics engineer who never leaves a stone unturned. He sets out to get to the heart of the problem and then to present the most suitable solution, taking account of all the latest market developments. He is calm and thinks things through carefully, but is also very good at adapting to different working environments. He explains his views in a manner suited to the environment, while also remaining true to the message he wants to convey.
After graduating in Logistics & Economics from the NHTV (Breda University of Applied Sciences) Wouter gained experience in various engineering roles at logistics service providers. These involved a multitude of projects in wide-ranging areas, including FMCG, consumer electronics, technical services, reverse logistics, e-commerce, fashion and omnichannel operations.
He has since worked as a solution design engineer, designing various operations from scratch and with a clear focus on mechanised solutions such as automatic loading/unloading systems, inbound/dispatch sorters, automated storage retrieval systems, GoH solutions and automated packing solutions.
Wouter is keen to use this knowledge and experience to take all sorts of operations to their next level. He is energised by devising creative solutions to simplify complex processes and will be pleased to share his expertise in the areas listed below with you:
