Rob is an experienced IT manager who recognises business needs and translates them into IT solutions. He can easily switch between different organisational levels and enjoys sharing his knowledge and expertise with colleagues. He has the appropriate sensitivity and analytical ability to identify problems within organisations and enjoys helping resolve them. He is a strong communicator, a self-starter and a team player.
Rob has wide-ranging experience as an IT manager in the retail sector. This includes setting up a completely new IT environment and organisation for Prénatal after the company had decided to stop using a shared service organisation.
After implementing this IT environment he set up the company’s supply chain department and equipped it to take on responsibility for the entire inventory management. This involved using his IT knowledge to identify the right tools for optimising inventory levels and improving service delivery levels.
In 2010 he decided to start working as an interim manager and has since completed a whole range of projects and assignments, mainly in retail. These assignments have shown his adaptability and how he can quickly familiarise himself with an organisation.
