Having a young family means she understands the importance of a more sustainable society and is keen to play her part in achieving this, both privately and professionally. Believing that everything in life should be built around balance, she spends her spare time going for walks in the countryside, while also playing hockey and being a hobby cook and enjoying delicious meals with her friends and family.
Marleen is an experienced and enthusiastic supply chain professional. Connecting and optimising the chain is the thread running through her career, specifically focusing on the stakeholders in the process. She has wide-ranging experience of working for multinationals and smaller businesses in various sectors, including mining, pharmaceuticals and food. Her primary involvement in recent years has been in planning, particularly S&OP and integrated business planning.
