Marcel has worked his way up to become an experienced and reliable Operations Manager. Because he has experienced working in every part of the warehouse and transportation department – from order picking to planning shipments – he has a huge amount of practical knowledge that he is perfectly positioned to put into practice. He is also continually training and developing himself, with every assignment equipping him with new knowledge that he can use to achieve top results. He knows exactly how to apply what he learns. His drive to understand processes, to learn and to acquire wide-ranging knowledge means he is able and determined to perform every assignment well. He always looks for the best solution for the team.
