Having studied Technical Business Administration (specialisation: Logistics) and with 15 years of professional experience, Lars Jan is well equipped to map out and optimise processes and to take effective decisions on possible outsourcing.
He gained his logistics experience working in various roles at two logistics service providers, mainly focusing on warehousing. He is a team player who, on the one hand, likes getting his teeth into complex processes and data and, on the other hand, enjoys sparring and brainstorming in a group to convert ideas into useful and practical improvement solutions.
Lars Jan started out as a Shift leader and soon moved into engineering. Initially he focused on optimal assembly processes for new products and then on broader-ranging process optimisation for warehousing projects, ABC analyses and warehouse design.
