Biography

Judith is an experienced customer service & management support professional. What she most enjoys is using her expertise and experience to raise the department’s activities to a higher level. She is business-minded and result- and customer-oriented, as well as keen to learn, flexible, analytical and loyal. She communicates clearly and directly, with a healthy dose of humour.

She is hands-on and quick and structured in her work, as well as able to work under pressure and to handle heavy workloads. Her wide-ranging experience means she can quickly and easily familiarise herself with any organisation.

Experience

Judith has over 15 years of experience in the sector, including working for FMCG and food/retail companies such as Unilever, Procter & Gamble and Bakkersland.

Her optimal processing of customer orders is driven by her eye for excellence. She is client-focused and works to boost returns and customer satisfaction levels. Her analytical skills and keenness to learn mean she can identify, analyse and find structured solutions for any bottlenecks in the order-to-cash process.

  • Experience in relationships with major clients (AH, Plus) and leading brands (Knorr, Lipton Ice, Max Factor)
  • Setting up/improving work systems (including complaint registration systems, client-specific requirements and Operating Equipment Effectivity, key user SAP)
  • Reducing overdue invoices
  • Cleaning up data, including master data
  • Resolving capacity problems
