Hans is highly experienced in planning complex processes, serving a multitude of stakeholders, under time pressure and subject to continually changing values. Using all sorts of systems, as well as people’s talents and skills, he optimises the services provided to stakeholders. Throughout his career he has sought to ensure a connection between operations, on the one hand, and sales and customer service, on the other hand. He makes sure that the various processes are seen as a totality and that all the right connections are in place, with people at the heart. As well as a helicopter view, he keeps an eye on the details to ensure the various processes all function optimally. With his practical approach, and guided by his mottos of ‘Own what you see’ and ‘Always wanting to improve’, he gets the best both out of the people around him and the organisation.

When not at work Hans likes running, going to the gym and travelling, as well as enjoying tasty extended meals with family and friends.
