Biography

Caroline has more than 20 years of experience in customer service as an employee, a team leader and a manager. This experience comes from her work for international, customer-oriented businesses in and relating to the food ingredients sector.

Over the years she has acquired broad-ranging experience in improving customer service teams, in recording and optimising operating processes and in boosting external and internal customer satisfaction. She combines her knowledge and experience with a respectful and collegial attitude enabling her to continue professionalising the department and taking it to the next level.

Caroline has a commercial and business administration background.

Her excellent command of Dutch, French, German and English and strong communication skills make it easy for her to make contacts and communicate with people, both in the Netherlands and internationally. She is driven to perform well, has strong analytical skills and a feel for numbers and is independent, reliable, committed, motivated and conscientious. She focuses on the big picture, but also has an eye for detail.
