Elsbeth is a balanced, tenacious and committed people manager with over 25 years’ experience in retail and logistics. She has worked for various major retailers – including V&D, Bijenkorf, IKEA, Deli XL and Intertoys – in warehousing, Supply Chain management, transport and distribution.

As an independent contractor she developed an affinity for change processes and for resolving crises, based on a people-oriented approach. As a manager she is goal-oriented, sets priorities quickly and aims for an organisation where individuals and teams all perform optimally. Her strengths lie in translating strategy into operations and implementation and into the practical tools needed by middle management. She’s a crisis manager who sees middle management, within the existing organisation, as the key to day-to-day improvements.
